RESUMEN

El propósito fundamental de esta investigación fue el de proponer el enfoque de organizaciones inteligentes para el desarrollo del Proyecto Educativo Institucional (PEI) en las Escuelas Técnicas del Municipio Rosario de Perijá. El estudio estuvo amparado en el enfoque de autores como Valecillos (2004), Chiavenato (2007), Alfiz (2007), Barone (2007), entre otros. El tipo de investigación fue descriptiva, de campo, con un diseño no experimental, transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 82 docentes y 18 directivos de las Escuelas Técnicas San Ignacio y cándida María de Jesús del Municipio Rosario de Perijá seleccionadas para el estudio, aplicando como instrumento un cuestionario de 33 preguntas cerradas, con alternativas de respuesta siempre, algunas veces y nunca. Este instrumento se sometió a la validez, mediante el juicio de tres (3) expertos en la materia, en el área metodológica y de contenido. La confiabilidad se obtuvo a través del coeficiente Alpha de Cronbach, siendo ésta de 0.93 para los docentes y 0.94 para los directivos. Los resultados mostraron que algunas veces se ofrece un aprendizaje vivencial en sus encuentros educativos, tanto los docentes como para los directivos a veces se examinan las actividades realizadas con relación a lo planificado y algunas veces se coordinan negociaciones con la comunidad educativa para el desarrollo de proyectos institucionales. Esto permitió establecer que en dichas instituciones educativas es posible implementar el enfoque de organizaciones inteligentes para el desarrollo del proyecto educativo institucional (PEI) en las Escuelas Técnicas del Municipio Rosario de Perijá, de acuerdo a lo cual, se diseñaron los lineamientos y recomendaciones pertinentes, teniendo en cuenta los siete (7) elementos del enfoque de las organizaciones inteligentes, las cinco disciplinas de Peter Senge y la elaboración de los proyectos bajo la metodología del marco Lógico, entre otros.

ABSTRACT

The main purpose of this research was to propose the approach for developing intelligent organizations for Institutional Educational Project (PEI) in technical schools in the Municipality of Rosario Perijá. The study was covered in the approach of authors such as Valecillos (2004), Chiavenato (2007), Alfiz (2007), Barone (2007), among others. The research was descriptive, field, with a non-experimental design section. The population consisted of 82 teachers and 18 directors of the Technical Schools San Ignacio and Candida Maria de Jesus from Rosario de Perija Municipatlity selected for the study, using as an instrument a questionnaire of 33 closed questions with response alternatives: Always, Sometimes and Never. This instrument was submitted to the validity, through the trial of three (3) experts in the field and methodological content. The reliability was obtained through the Cronbach alpha coefficient, this being 0.93 to 0.94 for teachers and managers, respectively. The results showed that sometimes provides an experiential learning in their educational meetings, both teachers for managers sometimes reviews activities in relation to what is sometimes planned and coordinated negotiations with the educational community to develop projects institutional. This allowed those educational institutions that can implement the approach of intelligent organizations for the development of an education project (PEI) in technical schools of Rosario de Perija, according to which, we designed the guidelines and recommendations, taking into account the seven (7) elements of the approach of learning organizations, the five disciplines of Peter Senge and the development of projects under the logical framework methodology, among others.
