INTRODUCTION

In this essay we will touch on certain points about the quality of teachers, according to research conducted in Australia, parents believe that teachers are a major factor, choosing a school for their children and also if some schools consist of extra money, but the majority would to spend it on teachers or increase in payments to existing teachers or would opt for more support staff, to make the global parent survey of 2018 requested 28,380 parents from 29 international countries, their views on a variety of  detemas, including that a good school is made, even though he was educated in his own country, according to the school government and how to best prepare students for a better future, the participants were parents of children aged 4-18 who were in education. According to the research generated on the surveys carried out, 3 very important factors were taken when choosing the elect school for their children:  The quality of the teachers, A happy environment for the children in the school, The academic evaluations of the exams of the school , took third place with him 30% Then we can generalize that education will always be an influential factor, so that they find more professionals so that the level of people not studied decreases, and so the economy or education of any country is not absoleta and that the teachers do not use the same traditional method if not a more method according to the most updated standards Since the educational level in other countries has become more developed with more outstanding learning and teachers are more flexible or more disciplined in terms of evaluations adding that education, the preparation that each teacher receives is for him well-being of much s children, youth, adults to strengthen the necessary measures that requires the basic preparation of a child in the learning process.

THE QUALITY OF TEACHERS

The quality of teachers is more than the whole problem of educational quality that afflicts the country can not be solved by establishing a common concept for all, nor by taking into account only the quantitative reports presented by different institutions, or settle for know the qualitative aspects related to the subject. We need the active participation of all the actors in the teaching-learning process, where everyone assumes their role and interprets it in the best way: that directors with a great identity for their school, as well as effective leadership, direct their teaching bodies to form a workforce to work collaboratively to achieve the same goal, for it must be recognized that there are problems within the institution and then develop a strategic plan to counter these problems, involving students, parents, community in general , and government of the different levels. Teachers consider evaluation as necessary, both of their own performance and that of the students, however, they establish a fair exercise as necessary to really impact positively school performance. For this to be possible, they consider, the particular conditions of each student and teacher must be considered: geographic location, material conditions, group size, socioeconomic origin, among others. Throughout its formation, therefore, evaluation is a fundamental part both for teaching and for learning. The categories that were obtained from the interviews with the teachers have a great relation with the teaching profile, in which the characteristics, qualities and desirable aptitudes that the professors must have to carry out their position in an efficient way are made known. It shows the dimensions that all teachers must present:

1. A teacher who knows his students, knows how he learns and what they should learn.

 2. A teacher who organizes, evaluates the educational work and makes a pertinent didactic intervention.

3. A teacher who recognizes himself as a professional, who continually improves to support students in their learning.

4. A teacher who assumes the legal and ethical responsibilities inherent to their profession for the welfare of the students.

5. A teacher who participates in the effective functioning of the school and fosters its bond with the community to ensure that all students successfully complete their schooling. Hypothesis

A HAPPY ENVIROMENT FOR CHILDREN AT SCHOOL

The happy environment for children in school is proposed from a pedagogical approach with contributions from the psychology; it seeks to understand cognitive development, needs and interests and socio-affective characteristics of the child under 2 years old, starting from the theory of John Bowlby who was interested in child development and importance of early experiences. From the pedagogical because it provides the necessary tools to carry out an in-depth analysis of the socio-affective processes linked in the adaptation of the child at an early age to the educational system; it is necessary take it back from the institution and the role of the teacher, giving education a set of knowledge that seeks to have an impact on the processes of adaptation in the early childhood as Jaume Samorra mentions in the book "What is the pedagogy? ", is developed in an artistic, manual, concrete and tangible field, and establishes a relationship with pedagogy in the field of scientific research, in which reflects what to do educational. The research carried out by URREA GARCIA MARY NELLY Who speaks of "school adaptation of minors with preschool experiences ", this research was conducted on children in situations temporary problems of abandonment due to the work of their parents, importance the accompaniment of the family to achieve an adequate training in the preschool. We also find the research carried out by GÓMEZ GONZÁLEZ, LUZ MARINA which raises, the situations of development and school adaptation of the minors; in this one an interpretation is presented on the level of development and adaptation acquired upon reaching primary basic education. Also, find the research done by LOPEZ ESTRADA, ERIKA YAELAT, who talk about the quality and quantity of affection that is given to preschool children in the educational institution, it requires employing more teachers to accompany this process since the child at this age requires more personalized care. By both the institution is forced to hire new qualified personnel every time a child goes to a new stage, it is the example of the institution where a new teacher is hired because of the difference in adaptation processes and development of children, which generates in the institution the question if it should be expand the physical plant. Children are slow to adapt emotionally, socially and school to the children's center. When analyzing the results of the previous studies we found that "ISABEL CRISTINA GARCIA ATEHORTUA UNIVERSITY CORPORATION LASALLISTA FACULTY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES AND EDUCATION BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN PRESCHOOL CALDAS " (Garcia, 2010, P. 18, 20, 23 and 25.)
