We are going to center our job about the marketing manager.

Date of the job description: 03 of march of 2017.

JOB DESCRIPTION.

  • Job title: Marketing professional for the company Finance and Marketing S.A.
  • Job summary: A marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing, advertising and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. It takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives.
  • Reporting to: General manager.
  • Working conditions.
  • He /She will work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week.
  • It is required him/her time for travelling.
  • The most of the time this manager is going to work inside the company.
  • This job could be stressful.
  • Job duties:  The duties of the marketing manager are:
  • Design the commercial strategy and manage this department. 60%
  • Supervise a department of 12 workers. 40%

JOB SPECIFICATION.

  • Age:
  • At least 30 years.
  • Education:
  • It is required a university degree of marketing or business management with a specialization of marketing.
  • Languages:
  • English. (C1/C2)
  • Spanish. (B2/C1)
  • It would be a plus having knowledge of German or Chinese.
  • Expectations:
  • Efficiency.
  • Good development of his /her tasks.
  • A responsible person.
  • Good leader.
  • Full knowledge in every moment of what to do.
