EL RESTAURANTE REALIZA DIARIAMENTE (MENU 1) 130 PLATOS, (MENU 2) 80 PLATOS Y (MENU 3) 100 PLATOS, LABORA 5 DIAS A LA SEMANA Y LOS MESES SON DE 4 SEMANAS.
EN CUANTO A LA PRODUCCION SE ESPERA UN INCREMENTO MENSUAL DEL 20 %, 30%, 35 % Y 40%.
