Melissa: I was thinking to open a new mac store, but don’t know where could it be a nice place to do it, any idea?

Claudia: Maybe NY could be fine, one advantage is that beauty is important there.

Melissa: Sounds nice. But one desavantage that there a lot of traffic daily.

Claudia: But another advantage is that some customers could go even walking to our store.

Melissa: Well, is there any building available?

Claudia: Sure, actually many buildings are available weekly.

Melissa: How much could it cost?

Claudia: It could cost 5,000 dollars monthly.

Melissa: Seems expensive, we will need to make upgrades yearly.

Claudia: That could be perfect.

Melissa: I still think is an expensive place, thats another desavantage.

Claudia: Well, we can look for another place.

Melissa: Okay, I have to go now, we can talk about it tomorrow.

Melissa: Because the other one was very old.

Melissa: Because we want our company to grow.

Soledad: Our company will have well prepared staff.

Melissa: Because they’ll start a training program.

Soledad: Our prices won’t increase.

Melissa: Because we want to keep our customers.

Soledad: We won’t go out of service

Melissa: We'll have good order in everything.

Soledad: We won't introduce new technology.

Melissa: We’ll keep being the same.

Soledad: We won’t have unemployed people.

Melissa: Because we will try to help our employees.

Soledad: Competition from abroad won’t increase.

Melissa: Because our products will be of high quality.

Melissa: You should ask to your helper to go and buy some more.

Soledad: I need to take thsi documents to the third floor but they are kind of heavy, what should I do?

Melissa: You should take them part by part.

Melissa: Send him an email or ask the secretary to call him.
