The Earth's climate has changed throughout history. Most of these climate changes are attributed to very small variations in Earth’s orbit that change the amount of solar energy our planet receives. Earth-orbiting satellites and other technological advances have enabled scientists to see the big picture, collecting many different types of information about our planet and its climate on a global scale.

Latin America is likely to see more floods like those wreaking havoc in Mexico, as the effects of climate change make themselves felt. Already highly vulnerable to natural hazards, the region will be one of the most affected by increased flooding and droughts, reduced arable lands and the possible loss of low lying regions caused by climate change

In both the Pacific and the Atlantic shore of Mexico the raise of cyclones are expected because of the recent modification on the regional weather of North America at the same time in the next few years the raise of extreme raining will continue to grow according to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change

A group of scientist are analyzing and collecting evidence of climate change trying to establish certain patterns of tropical cyclones in the Pacific Ocean and the Mexican Gulf that could touch Mexican, United States or Canadian territory; in conclusion the IPCC , informed to the Chief of States that 95% of the global warming in the last fifty years was been caused by the human activities.

Along with this inform, they also presented specific calculation to prove the existence of more frequent cyclones and different natural phenomenon’s that will be arriving all over the world specially in Gulf of Mexico, Eastern Africa, Asia and Australia. The increment in force of precipitations is directly related to the increase of the emissions of greenhouse gases that are consider the main cause of global warming and climate change according to these same organisms.

In the second week of September, the tropical storm known as Manuel and the hurricane Ingrid respectivly touched Mexican shores by the Pacific and the Gulf of Mexico, this phenomenon didn’t occurred in at least five decades.

According to official data September became the month with more rain in this country in the last 125 years, at the same time the heavy rains caused damage in 22 of the 32 states in the country. The IPCC warned Mexico of the possibility to losing different species in the tropical forest because of the change in temperature; also the possibility of losing species of mammals, birds and butterflies mainly because of the raise of 1 to 3 degrees in temperature, at the same time Mexico was also warned of losing some shore vegetation in the Atlantic and the Gulf of Mexico.

The IPCC report reveals that carbon dioxide continues the main factor of global warming, the report also reveals the energy sector to be the one creating the most pollution followed by
