The Environment

In this essay is shown information about the environment, a short definition and the problems that the environment has and the solutions.

Environment is the sum total of what is around something or someone.  It includes living things and natural forces. The environment of living things provides conditions for development and growth, as well as of danger and damage. Living things do not simply exist in their environment, they constantly interact with it. The environment consists of the interactions among plants, animals, soil, water, temperature, light, and other living and non-living things.

There are many things that damage the environment. The causes of the environmental damage are the following: High quantity of exhaust gases, deforestation, high number of industries such as mining, chemical effluents, ruinous agricultural policies, and many other things.

Preventing damage to the environment has become a way of life for many people. The persons have many options for greening the planet that can be incorporate into daily activities that can protect water resources, improve air quality, reduce waste and raise awareness of environmental issues. The activities that can protect the environment are the following: Conservation of Water, Clear the Air, Waste Reduction, and many other activities.

There are many corporations like NRDC that work to safeguard the Earth, the people, the plants and the animals. Their priority issues are: curbing global warming, Creating the Clean Energy Future, Reviving the World's Oceans, Protecting Our Health By Preventing Pollution, Ensuring Safe and Sufficient Water, etc.

In conclusion, humans care of the environment. The environment has been damage and protect in many different ways and in various activities. There are corporations that try to protect the environment, but also the humans, plants and animals.
