Foreshadowing

I was home alone with my dog Mollie, and I was really hungry I hadn’t eaten de whole entire day because I was busy with school and decorating the Christmas tree so I decided I was going to make myself a sandwich I opened the refrigerator and there was no bread or ham so I looked everywhere for food until I got tired and stopped looking, so I sat there wandering where everyone was my dad was probably at work my sister was probably at dance class but, were could my mom be? I called her to her phone like six times and she didn’t answer. I didn’t know what to do but to sit there with Mollie because I had already finished decorating the house and the Christmas tree so I didn’t have anything to do. Until I thought that my mom couldn’t have forgotten about me she is probably very busy but she most likely knows that I’m dying of hunger and she probably went to the grocery store to buy some food or to some restaurant so she must not take to long. So I sat there watching TV and 30 minutes later my mom got home with my dad and my sister but most importantly, with food I was really hungry and finally there was a lot of food from a very fancy restaurant! I guessed right my mom told me she was very worried for me and that she was trying to hurry up but she couldn’t because the food was taking to long to cook.

Foreshadowing: My mom was taking to long and I was really hungry so I thought that she probably went to buy me something and she did she was at a restaurant waiting for the food to cook.
