Colombia is the only country in the hemisphere that suffers an internal armed conflict and the presence of armed groups, especially the FARC, who have been defying the Colombian Government for nearly fifty years. It is important to keep in mind that peace negotiations fail in a recurrent way, the conflict persists, and when the agreements are implemented in practice never satisfied all the expectations.

It is our duty to carry to every corner of Colombia agreements, through a broad and participatory pedagogy of peace, and the general agreement for the termination of the conflict make an irreversible historical reality that cannot be postponed, a true carnival and party for peace. We know that this process the representatives of war haunt him and threaten to make the agreements, not the coveted triumph of people that wants to embrace peace and reconciliation; but the defeat of a political force as if the right to peace was a matter of parties. We have no other way to go other than the defense of the agreements, in a great national movement for peace, by more imperfect to be, because we know what to it that most fears the right-wing.

Peace is a constitutional right duty of obligatory fulfilment by the state, is the result of historical conquest of mankind; it is a duty not only to state your warranty, but the ethical imperative and urgent duty of every citizen constituent primary sovereign, and ensure its implementation and realization.
