Harry Potter is a series of seven fantasy novels written by J. K. Rowling. In 1990 she began writing the first book which took her six years to complete. The writer sent the manuscript to 12 publishers where only one accepted and the book ended up being a success. Since then JK Rowling wrote the other 6 books until 2007.

The series created a magical fantasy world. Harry Potter is the protagonist and in each book he has great adventures with his two faithful friends, where they have to discover secrets, meet new creatures and fight against the evil that stalks him since he was born. The connection between the books is wonderful because at the end you discover great secrets and doubts that existed through the history. We can learn different things and find values like respect, friendship, perseverance, tolerance etc. but the most important one is love.

These fantasy books have become very well known around the world as they fill the reader with imagination. The reader becomes a character in the book because you go through all the adventures and you'll fall in love with this world of magic and fantasy. The novel is amazing, books where we can find inspiration as J.k Rowling said “We do not need magic to change the world, we carry all the power we need inside of us.”
