Career presentation

The race and decided to study is psychology. Psychologists study mental processes and human behavior observing, interpreting, and recording the way in which people and other animals relate among themselves and with their environments. Psychology explores concepts such as perception, attention, motivation, emotion, the functioning of the brain, intelligence, personality, personal relationships, the consciousness and the unconscious. Some psychologists work independently, doing research or just working with patients or clients. Others work as part of a team working with physicians, health care social workers and other specialists to treat disease and promote the general welfare of the people. Those engaged in private practice have their own offices and set their schedules; they often work evening hours and weekends.

         Psychologists need a master's degree, specialist or doctorate in psychology. Psychologists in exercise also require a license or certification. Projected employment of psychologists will increase 22 percent from 2010 to 2020, faster than the average for all occupations. Job prospects should be best for those who have a doctorate in an applied field, and those who have specialist or doctor degrees in school psychology. Psychologists have a salary of $33.00 per hour and $68,640 per year. Some qualities of a psychologist are: analytical skills, communication skills, skills of observation, social skills, patience and skills to solve problems and integrity.
