Diplomacy is the way in which countries manage or conduct relations with one another; with the objetive of promote common interests and to resolve conflicting interests in a peaceful manner.

Diplomats are representatives that represent the interest and goodwill of a country.

Diplomacy is necessary because all countries are interconnected in a good way or bad way; all countries rely and cooperate with each other in trade, defense, economy, politics; is necessary to cooperate with another country to solve common problems too, and to help countries resolve conflicts, differences and disagreements peacefully.

Diplomacy allows to keep up good and close relations, also allows to provides an opportunity for countries to pursue mutual interests.

Diplomacy takes place in both bilateral and multilateral contexts. Its works with international relations, that involve ties among many countries and groupings thorough the world and the UN, regional relations by forming an association with countries in the same region, this association becomes stronger when the strength of the member nations are combined, it will be in a better position to deal with other countries associations and bilateral relations that promote political, economic and cultural ties between countries, searching speed up economic and social development.

The aims of diplomacy are: promote economic, social and cultural development, protect peace and stability, provide opportunities, discussion and resolution os differences peacefully, maintain warm and friendly relations , provide a safe avenue to resolve differences trough discussion and negotiations.

Other aim is the promotion of political, economic, cultural or scientific relations as it does international commitment to defend human rights or the peaceful settlement of disputes. Legal standards, many unwritten rules, customs and conventions exist through diplomacy.
