GENERAL OBJETIVES. 1. Understand general and specific information of oral texts in different communicative situations.
2. Express oneself and interact orally in usual communication situations inside and outside the classroom, effectively, appropriately and with some level of autonomy.
3. Read and understand independently different types of written texts, in order to extract general and specific information and to use reading as a source of pleasure and personal enrichment and knowledge of other cultures.
4. Write effectively simple texts for different purposes, on different subjects, with adequate resources of cohesion and coherence.
5. Using with a reflective and correct form the basic elements of the language, phonics, vocabulary, structures and functions (in diverse contexts of communication)
6. Developing autonomy in learning, reflect on their own learning processes and knowledge transfer to foreign language knowledge and communication strategies acquired in the native language or in learning other languages.
7. Use learning strategies and teaching resources at your fingertips (dictionaries, reference books, multimedia materials) including ICT, for the collection, selection and presentation of oral and written information independently.
8. Reflect on how the foreign language and appreciate it as a means of accessing information and as a tool for learning diverse contents.
9. Value the foreign language and languages in general, as a means of communication and understanding between people of backgrounds, languages and cultures, avoiding linguistic and cultural stereotypes or any form of discrimination.
10. Show a receptive attitude and self-confidence in learning skills and foreign language use.
