SPEAKING TASK.

Imagina que te han llamado para una entrevista de trabajo y te hacen las siguientes preguntas. ¿Cómo las contestarías?

• How would you describe your strengths?
• What weaknesses do you have?
• Do you prefer to work independently or as part of a team?
• How do you deal with stress and angry clients?
• Why should we hire you?

Well, on the first point, I would say that my main strength is the fact that a I know how to organize my time well and that I know how to prioritize (praioritaiz), to sum up, my organizational (organaiseisional) skills. Others of my strengths are that I’m highly responsable and demanding with myself.

Regarding my weaknesses, maybe I can be a bit of a perfectionist and I find it hard to delegate. On many occasions I prefer to do something myself, and have a lot of work, but this way I make sure that it will be done as I want and that it will go well. I'm working on it, and it's becoming easier for me to trust and be able to delegate to others.

For the third questions, I am able to work in both ways, independently or as parto f a team. Maybe because of what I have just commented about my difficulty in delegating I prefer to work alone, but I also consider myself a very empathetic (empacetic) person, a very good workmate, I adapt very well to changes so I can also work in a team perfectly. Both forms of work have their advantages and disadvantages. For example, if you work alone, you can organize yourself as you want, but if there is too much work, nobody will help you.

When I have worked face to face with the public, in customer service departments, I had to deal with many stress and angry customers. Some tips to follow for this are: reamin calm, don’t take it personally, use your best listening skills, actively (activli simpazaiz) sympathize, apologize gracefully, find a solution, and then of all, take a few minutes on your own and breathe (briz).

And finally, the only reason I can think of why you could fire me is because of the company's economic problems, I mean that the company has to close. You will never find any error in my work for which you can fire me or sanction me.
