RESUMEN
Estas son usadas para medir o comparar diferentes magnitudes a las que suelen llamarse “unidad” y para esto se usa el sistema internacional de unidades (SI)
El sistema métrico decimal es un sistema de unidades en donde sus múltiplos y submúltiplos están relacionados con 10.
En este sistema se pueden medir magnitudes como:
LONGITUD
Es cierta magnitud en distancia que puede existir entre un objeto o un espacio específico que une dos puntos.
En el sistema Internacional de Unidades es medido por metros y en sistema métrico Decimal por el decámetro, el hectómetro, el kilómetro y el miriámetro.
VOLUMEN
Es definido como el espacio que ocupa un cuerpo es medido en metros cúbicos y si en un líquido en litros.
MASA
Es una magnitud que permite conocer la cantidad de materia contenida en un cuerpo es medida en el sistema internacional de unidades en kilogramos y en sistema métrico decimal por gramos.
