• Reasons Founded: Virginia was the first home of English Colony at 1606. On Jamestown was a very rough and dangerous and many did not survive. Jamestown settlement was attacked, almost ruined by the Bacons Rebellion. The founder was John Smith.

• Government: The colony made the first legislature in 1619; they name it the House Representatives. 1632 the Angelican Church became the official church of the Virginia because the members of House of Representatives were Angelican.

• Economy: They had great food because of the Natives that trade with them. Rather they wasted the land for cropping corn and vegetables they used it to grow Tabaco a lot in the land. The Tabaco industrially made them success all the time for a very long time.

• Geographic characteristics: The colony is located on the southern. It is located close to water, which it was easy to go sell material and also they have natural resources close. The colony was a successful business for a land time. They had the best tobacco business and exporting 10 tons

• Culture/Religion: The people that came were the people that wanted to go and make investment. Many of these people that came were wealthy merchants that decided they wanted a new life. Some people needed to make a new life because of troubles that they have had in past years so they made a new one.
