This article is about how important values are for a company and which ones its people must follow. Values are the key to a successful organization, if it wants success, is fundamental to know them well and follow them in a correct way. Values form everything that happens in your workplace. You must know which ones are the best for the company, because the values you use will largely govern the actions and decisions you take within the organization, so is very important that you hire people who share the same values.

There are some value-based actions that may permeate your workplace. Integrity is one of them, which means when you have the trust to communicate everything inside the organization, especially to the boss. An example of this is when you have a problem with the manufacturing process and you inform that to your customers. You discuss the solutions to that problem and the delivery time they can expect. Is very important that a company value integrity in order to not to make excuses or even mislead the customer.

Another thing that organizations must value and care about is its people. Every company should make important expenses, such as paying for health insurances, retirement accounts and bonuses to dedicated staff. With this, you are valuing your employees in order to make them feel committed with the organization. Companies must know that is really important to benefit your employees, because, if you care about them this way you will delete the physical trappings of power, status and inequality.

As an employee and as an individual, you know what you really value. If you are getting into a new organization, you must be happy with your work environment. The values and the culture you create inside the organization should be in place, for better or worse. There must be a good connection between the values you have and the values of the company you’re working with, in that way you can work better and lead the company to success.

According to the article, is really fundamental that an organization identifies a strategic framework for serving its costumer. Every company must have a vision of what they want in the future and a current mission or purpose of its existence in the market. If every company interlaces each one of these things, such as its vision, mission, values and strategies, all its members will be in commitment to achieve its goals and the goals of the company. So, this is all about how people interact with each other and especially with its customer, according to that, you can look for company’s achievements.
