I.- LICENSE TO SELL ALCOHOLIC DRINKS.

The requirements to request and obtain the alcoholic drinks license are as follows:

1.- Application Form issued by the Directorate General of Government, duly filled up, under oath in fact;

2.- To be an adult and in full enjoyment and exercise of their rights, and if an entity corporation, duly incorporated under the laws of the United Mexican States;

3. - If the applicant is an individual present official identification, and if it is represented by Legal Representative must prove the personality that appear according to the guidelines established by the common law for the representation;

4. - If the applicant is a corporation exhibit the Articles of Incorporation, attaching the

Power of Attorney authorized to act on behalf of the company;

5.– Exhibit the Federal Tax ID Number;

6. - Drawings or plane displayed in a clear and precise location of the property and

street names that correspond to the block area or location of the establishment;

7. - Official photo identification of the person concerned, representative or attorney in fact;

8. - Feasibility of soil use, where appropriate;

9. - Pictures of both the exterior and interior of the premises, showing the whole of it,

including its bathroom installations;

10. - Original and copy of the license or permit definitive municipal operation, issued by the Directorate of Urban Administration and the Municipal Treasury, attaching also if apply, license advertisement, under the current Regulation of Signs of Tijuana, if there is Advertisements and Similar;

11. - Security Certificate issued by the Department of Fire;

12.- Receipt of the property tax, or official communiqué issued by the Department of Urban Management, where specifies the causes of non-cadastral mapping key for evaluation;

13. - Certificate of no debts or encumbrances issued by the Municipal Treasury;

14. - Certificate of no criminal records and proof of residence for 6 months;

15. - Submit Public Notice referred to in Article 27 of the Regulation, when concerned permit applicant pretend to sell beer in open bottle or container;

16. - Paying the governmental duties according to the Income Law of Tijuana.
