La viabilidad de un proyecto

En el presente trabajo se dará a conocer como analizar la viabilidad de un proyecto, partiendo desde la definición del nombre del proyecto, seguido de la definición de la idea de negocio y luego realizando un análisis DOFA, en donde se revisan las amenazas, oportunidades, fortalezas y debilidades que presenta el proyecto.

Además se realiza un estudio más profundo, en donde se tiene en cuenta los siete elementos del estudio técnico que son el proceso de producción, el tamaño de la planta, la tecnología que se va a implementar, en donde va a estar localizada la empresa, las obras físicas que tendrá la empresa para su producción, los aspectos administrativos y operativos, y por ultimo por cuales normas se debe regir el proyecto, es decir, los aspectos legales.

Después se realizará el estudio de los mercados, donde se tiene en cuenta cuatro elementos esenciales, se define cual va a hacer el producto, se analiza la oferta en la zona donde se desarrollará el proyecto, luego se analiza la demanda por medio de encuestas a los estudiantes de la UDI, y por último se define el precio del producto.

Para finalizar, se realiza el estudio financiero, el donde se obtienes los balances generales y los estados de resultados de cada año, obteniendo de estos los flujos de producción y por último los flujos de caja. Teniendo esto, se realiza el análisis de viabilidad y se mira si el proyecto se puede realizar o no.

ABSTRACT

In this paper we will present how to analyze the feasibility of a project, it starting from defining the project name, followed by the definition of the business idea and then performing a SWOT analysis, where we review the threats, opportunities, strengths and weaknesses of the project.

It is also held a deeper study, where one takes into account the seven elements of the technical study is the production process, the size of the plant, the technology that will be implemented, where will be located the company, physical works to be the company for production, administrative and operational aspects, and finally by what standards should govern the project, that is to say, the legal aspects.

Then perform the study of markets, which takes into account four essential elements, which define the product will do, we analyze the offer in the area where the project will then demand is analyzed through surveys UDI students, and finally defines the product price.

Finally, financial study is performed, where you get the balance sheets and income statements each year, obtaining these production flows and finally cash flows. Given this, it performs the feasibility analysis and sees if the project can be done or not.
