Leadership and Downfall

The novel Lord of the flies make us comprehend the proper meaning of civilization, if brings us the idea of the importance of being chooses as a leader and human survival. The novel is basically a story of an airplane full of children who were trying to scape of a war, but the airplane crashes in the middle of an island, since that moment it began the necessity to survive and with that, the fights, dead and differences between each one of them.

Its know that in every civilization existence its necessary to have a leader, there has to be a relationship between both for then to have an agreement of the people in every decision. We as human beans found the necessity to follow someone orders to leave in agreement with society; the world has being always controlled by anyone. Nowadays it looks like is not working, we are choosing the right leader, because otherwise why are we in constant disagreements?

The truth is that we as humans being we are all different and doesn’t share the same ideas, that’s why we all follow different persons, we follow the ones we think they have the best ideas according to each one, that why there are many people named as leaders.

As an individual person each one has the right to select the one we think is a good leader “follow who you think is the leader, no who they think it is” this phase make us think if we are choosing a good leader but our self personal opinion or just because everyone else follow that one.

But what truly a leader? How can i choose it? Why are we always wanting to find someone better? Do we always follow the good one? Do we need to found someone to follow in order to be confdent with our self? The reallity is that many times we follow someone only of the things they said not knowing if the are right or wrong, which that means that at the end we are responsible for our own decisions.
