A PLACE TO VISIT IN MY CITY

SANCTUARY OF MONSERRATE
1. It is situated in the center of Bogota, Located 3152 meters high in the eastern hills, Monserrate is the custodian of the city.
2. You can get there by bus or taking the transmilenio‘’avenida Jimenez’’ station. He can be reached on foot, by cable car or funicular. Their Fallen Sanctuary of the Lord, of great religious value, is visited by thousands of Catholic pilgrims.
3. There is the sand area, where you can play, run and learn about science at the same time. Here you can perform different activities like peregrination besides the church; the summit contains restaurants and souvenir shops and if you prefer you can give a small tarball back riding, this much loved children.
4. What I like the most about this place is that you can share with your family and friends and have a nice day.
