EDUCATION IN COLOMBIA

The educational Colombian system and for such a motive the education they are of low quality for not saying that terrible. The education in Colombia goes more than 10 years suspended by an educational system and for a government that does not give its the sufficient importance and does not offer to her the necessary resources to strengthen the educational system and to improve this way the formation of the children and young persons of our country.

The principal thing and more importantly in this educational decadence it is the lack of both economic and educational incentives to the teachers, because a teacher that this remunerated good and knowing that in his hands it has the formation of young persons and children, is a teacher who is going to teach and transmit in a best possible way in knowledge the pupils. The teachers must be remunerated of the best way for the state because they are the forming ones of the new generations of our country, and this must be given in all the educational instances of the formation, from the garden and primary up to the university.

And it is there, in the university, where the education Colombia must be emphasized to the research and development of the knowledge. Where to deepen a matter or a topic is a daily part of the academy since improving all the instances of the education. When this in the university this change to a world mas big a reality mas complex assimilates of a calm form and with knowledge of what is wanted and this being given in all the areas of the society. With good educational bases and good development of the capacities of the students, the implementation and strengthening of this knowledge in the practice, in the work, in the daily life, will offer of the form more productive and with major aptitude to take advantage of the gone away graduated ones and to support a simbios where the good educational results are formed by big professionals who are in aptitude to attend to any labor demand in our company.
