Hotel Reservation

Dear Ms Ruiz

Greetings, we are of the Association of Mountaineers in England, 10 of our best climbers will attend this September 18th. The flight is scheduled to arrive the same day at 12h00.

We would like to book the same hotel from 18 to 20 September, you think you could make a reservation for 5 bedrooms and would be possible be located on a smoking floor?

Please send us the price of the reservation of those days (If possible send us the price of the booking in Sterling), if they had discounts and payment terms.

Dear Mr Steel

We will be happy to make a reservation for these dates, since we have availability.

The cost of the 5 double rooms for both nights is 970 GBP ($ 1,500 USD); which include: 42 "TV, Sweet Sleeper Bed, shuttle back and forth to the airport, use of the pool and gym, and does not include: room service, bar and disco.

Regarding your request smoking area, our hotel does not have that area in those days. Please at our hotel only receive payments in dollars and cash on the day of check-in; you can make the exchange at the airport.

In response to your request, we check the availability of the smoking area in the days of their stay but will not be able to book, I apologize. Sheraton Hotel offers a 5% discount on the total rate of the reservation and an invitation to a musical event to be held at the bar on 19 September. We hope you enjoy it.
