1. How do I get my password reset done?

Contact help desk  DLACS-SAP-Service-Desk@Honeywell.com

 for password reset to SAP GRC BVP 998 system.

2. Once password received from help desk, how to do self password reset?

Please click on User Logon as shown below on GRC homepage,

https://bvpwas.honeywell.com/AE/index.jsp

Enter your EID and the password provided by the Help Desk.

As soon as you enter your password details, the below screen appears where you can enter the password provided by Helpdesk and then New Password of your choice.

3. I am unable to approve. I am getting an error ‘User Authentication Failed’

Contact the service desk  DLACS-SAP-Service-Desk@Honeywell.com

for password reset to SAP GRC BVP 998 system.

If the Help Desk replies that your ID is not set up or does not exist in BVP998 system, please contact your Security Point of Contact. (Link provided in Q.4 below)

4. Whom do I contact in case of any questions related to SAP access to myself or my team? ( List of ACS SBU Security Point of Contacts & Approvers? )

5. How can I set up delegation (request can be approved by a delegate) while I am out of office?

This detail is mentioned in the Approvers training manual.

If you are delegating for the first time make sure you request the SBU Security Point of Contact to set up the delegated approver in SAP GRC BVP 998system with access rights as Approver.

6. How can I submit a request in GRC?

Refer to Requestor training manual in the ‘Support’ section of GRC homepage. It is highly recommended to contact your Security Point of Contact who can identify the correct SAP profile required for you.

7. How do I know the functional area to be selected?

Contact your respective Security Point of Contact – they will help you or guide accordingly.

For exceptional access related to Solution Manager(to view BPPs, charm reports etc)/BI (BW)Sensitive Reports Access/SM37(background/batchjobs view/release), please contact your Security Point of Contact(See Q.4)
