Is Vegetarianism a better healthier way of life?

The fact of living a healthy life has come to dominate the minds of many people worldwide. As food and our health are entirely related, it is not surprising that people have already put more attention to the food they eat. This interest woke vegetarianism, which is an easy way to keep your healthy life without eating animal foods. Vegetarianism has important philosophical grounds related to murdering animals and the fact that all life on earth should be respected and protected. Vegetarians also disagree with the idea of using animals for their own benefit; for example, use the mules for heavy loads.

Vegetarians have a single principle, which is that any animal should be killed for food or to be abused, they also have the right to live. In theory, these people who live being vegetarian, live in constant peace with the environment and also provide a healthier life for themselves. There are arguments that support this kind of life, because it supports and revolves around the nutritional benefits of a vegetarian diet. No need to emphasize that worldwide, obesity is a problem that strikes in communities, for example, in United States. In the United States, they follow a diet full of fat, calories, cholesterol and sodium that contribute to the obesity problem, if people choose to change their lives to be vegetarians, and to reduce their consumption of meat, this problem would be reduced.

Many diets were found to make life healthier by the American Dietetic Association. They recognize how much worth our health and the very effective they are vegetarian diets for us. The Oxford Vegetarian Study searching for meat eating related to body mass, interviewed a number of men and women. Half of them ate meat and the other half not. With this, came to the conclusions that the portion of people who do not eat meat, have less body mass than those who eat, it is for this reason that a vegetarian lifestyle can be achieved by reducing the number of obesity worldwide.

This is not to say that being vegetarian only works for those who suffer weight problems. Those who are unhappy with their body weight can get lots of benefits in vegetable consumption of meat preference. For example, not eating meat, said by doctors, helps reduce heart problems and high blood pressure. Therefore, a vegetarian has a 50% chance of suffering a heart attack, while a vegetarian, has 15%. This is explained by the relative consumption of cholesterol in meat eaters and vegetarians.
