“Past of verb to be”
This type is used to indicate actions taken in the past.
The past of the verb to be will was (he, she, it, i) which is used for singular pronouns.
Example:
She was my friend = Ella fue mi Amiga
He was cold = El estuvo resfriado
It was in Puebla = Eso estuvo en Puebla
I was a good doctor = Yo fui un buen doctor

Example:
