1. How did Helen Keller Feel before she met Anne Sullivan?

R. she felt She felt anger, bitterness, locked and anxious .

2. What was Helen learning when she learned to spell doll?

R. she learned to spell more words, using your fingers, but did not know its meaning.

3. Why did Helen break her doll?

R. because she felt confused and desperate, because can’t distinguish between the words.

4. What did Helen understand when the water flowed over her hand?

R. finally understood the meaning of the word water: wonderful cold something that was flowing over her hand , that word awakened her soul, gave it light, hope, joy, set if free.

5. Why was Helen able to feel sorry about her broken doll?

R. She felt repentance and sorrow.

6. Do you think Helen’s personality changed after that day?

R. yes, because her frustration, despair and all the negative things that felt, became anxious to know.

7. What was Helen’s attitude toward the day she describes?

R. she had a positive attitude, wanted to learn, and know all the things around her began to give value to things.

8. What was Helen’s attitude toward her teacher, Anne Sullivan?

R. Helen was feeling grateful, blessed that Anne Sullivan came to her life.

9. According to this account, what is language?

R. the language the way we communicate and express our ideas, feelings etc. But Helen couldn’t’ express because doesn’t knew how to do, besides his physical deficiency. I think that I think if you can’t communicate, or know what is around you as if you did not exist. For Helen, the language was all.

10. What is the relationship between language, thinking and emotions?

R. the relationship between these three concepts is really close, all our thoughts, ideas, emotions, we acquired through what we know, hear, see.

Is wonderful that people with certain disabilities have the opportunity to have their own perspective of the things as Helen Keller.
