TEORIA DE LA TOMA DE DECISIONES

RESUMEN
El estudio y análisis del diagnóstico y prospectiva de la empresa según la teoría de la toma de decisiones es de gran importancia para los estudiantes de administración porque nos permite comprender el proceso de un diagnóstico para un buen diagnóstico y prospectiva empresarial y así poder proyectarnos a tomar buenas decisiones para el mejoramiento de una empresa.
En esta investigación monográfica presentamos información detallada y precisa del tema mencionado para ello hemos creído conveniente utilizar el método del análisis documental a fin de realizar la síntesis de cada punto basándose en los enfoques de cinco autores por cada subtema. Y también hemos utilizado la técnica de la comparación mediante el uso del cuadro comparativo, además hemos elaborado nuestros propios conceptos y conclusiones que es el objetivo de realizar este trabajo.
Concluimos que las organizaciones se enfrentan a problemas de los cuales muchos de ellos son desconocidos y no cuentan con pasos efectivos para solucionarlos, es por eso que la toma de decisiones es uno de los procesos más difíciles y para ello se deben seguir una serie de pasos teniendo en cuenta tres condiciones básicas: certeza, riesgo e incertidumbre.
ABSTRACT
The study and analysis of the diagnosis and prospective of the company according to the theory of decision making is of great importance for management students because it allows us to understand the process of a diagnosis for a good diagnosis and business prospective and thus be able to project us to take Good decisions for the improvement of a company.
In this monographic research we present detailed and precise information on the subject mentioned. For this purpose, we have considered it convenient to use the method of documentary analysis in order to perform the synthesis of each point based on the approaches of five authors for each sub-theme. And we have also used the technique of comparison through the use of the comparative table, in addition we have elaborated our own concepts and conclusions that is the objective to carry out this work.
