Every November 11, 1735, held in the municipality of San Martin de los Llanos -66 km south of Villavicencio, the crews of San Martin, some festivities in the 48 riders taking part in four groups of 12 barges . In the event, described as an "equestrian ballet", choreographed relives the battles between Moors and Christians and between Indians and blacks.
VISIT THE NATIONAL NATURAL PARK Sierra de la Macarena
Between July and November is the ideal time to visit the National Park Sierra de La Macarena, which can be reached by plane from Villavicencio and Bogota time.
