“Exercise For Health”

Being a healthy person is possible. Currently, there are many diseases that manifest in people of different ages; most because of bad food; in my family there are obese people and that has caused in them serious problems such as stress, verves, circulatory and heart problems, etc. In my case, I suffered overweight and today I can say that exercising has helped me to get rid of some diseases such as thyroid. Doctors recommend exercising 30 minutes a day and taking care of the food one eats to be healthy.

We can be healthy as athletes. Some people, unlike those who are seated for long period of time in offices, have better physical condition and have few diseases. People close to me, have a sedentary job and suffer from kidney and digestive disorders. Some of these people have fought against this suffering that through age has been complicated. They have become interested in their health and today exercise, which is important and essential in the life. Being active can help us feel better.

Elders have to teach children to be healthy. They think that children are healthy because they are chubby but that is a big mistake. Because of a bad diet and poor workout, children in development begin to have health issues and mainly digestive disorders. In schools most children with obesity have low academic performance and are limited in the activities they can perform. We should guide them toward exercise and good nutritional habits to avoid death, such as the Mexican boy, who died because of a heart attack due to overweight.

Responsibility and health. Wait for the people to be responsible and aware would be a very long wait. There are few people who really care and persist to achieve their welfare. Others simply spend their money with doctors, diets, gyms or medicines, but they aren't committed to themselves and end up surrendering. I've known people who have heavy job; however, they devote some time for workout and worry about what they eat. I decided to take the example of these people and I can say that I felt better. Worry about your diet and exercise is not just about beauty but also health.

We can all be beautiful people. Know take care of our health and mainly our fitness help us to live healthily. Some people have suffered from diseases such as obesity, heart attacks, respiratory problems, etc. There have been many deaths, but otherwise, exercise has been a fundamental part of my life and that of many people. There is evidence that physical activation prevents diseases, because it puts all our body to work properly. People, included me, we can ensure that integrate these two habits to our life (exercise and have a good diet) can save us to life, such as me saved me. The best part of taking care is to see the results and know that you are a healthy person. So, what are you waiting for?
