Tema: Mis pasatiempos o pasiones

   ¿Por qué?

Me gusta mucho este tema por eso lo escogí, me gusta hablar sobre lo que hago, en este tiempo de la Cuarentena estoy poniendo Uñas, tengo mi propia página para publicar fotos de lo que hago, también estoy buscando más tipos de diseños para poner en práctica.

   ¿A qué se debe tu postura sobre este tema?

Es algo que me alegra, poder contarle a alguien sobre lo que me gusta a hacer

Como mencione anteriormente, me gusta poner uñas, recomendar algunos modelos a las niñas que atiendo, buscar más tipos de uñas y poner práctica, en un futuro quiero ser muy recomendada en lo que hago

Tag questions

(Affirmative statements)

Tag questions are questions that go at the end of a sentence to confirm information. With an affirmative statement, use a negative tag question. To for the tag question with the verb “to be” use “isn’t/aren’t” for simple present and for other verbs use “don’t/doesn’t”. To answer to these questions use the sort answer structure: They are twins, aren’t they? Yes, they are.

Example:

• You are his brother, aren’t you?
• She is coming to school, isn’t she?
• You like Ice cream, don’t you?
• He runs marathons, doesn’t he?

Tag questions (negative statements)

Use an affirmative tag question with a negative statement. TO form the tag question use the affirmative form of the verb “to be”, is/are, for simple present. And for other verbs use do/does.

Example:

• It isn’t windy, is it?
• They aren’t coming, are they?
• You don’t like almonds, do you?
• She doesn’t finish her homework early, does she?

Activity 2

Write the correct tag question for each sentence

1. She likes chocolate cake,  doesn't she? 
2. Caro is going to the trip,  isn’t she?
3. They are really good players, don’t they?
4. You buy bottled water, don’t you?
5. They aren’t late, do they?
6. She doesn’t have any pets, does she?
7. Carlos isn’t coming, is he?
8. They aren’t at home yet, do they?

Tag questions (past modal verbs and special cases)

Tag questions in other tenses or with modal verbs follow the same rules as the simple present tag questions. In an affirmative statement, use a negative tag question, and with a negative statement use an affirmative tag question.

With tag questions in simple past affirmative statements, use the verb to be wasn’t /weren’t. Use was/were with simple past negative statements- With other verbs use the auxiliary verb didn’t for affirmative statements, and did for negative statements.
