Since I´ve been a kid, I always wanted to learn a new language because I found it very interesting and funny, so the first day I started studying English in my school, it caught immediately my  attention and I told my parents to register me on an institute, that´s how I finally finished at the ICPNA and I want to continue learning more about this incredible language, but unfortunately I´ve been a very nervous and shy person for a long time, that´s the reason why in this course I want to become a more participative person.

Importance of sports Nowadays

Though there are some people who says that sports aren´t important nowadays, I don´t agree with them, because I remember that since I was a kid, my parents always told me that even if I am a very strong person, I still need to practice a sport, at that time I did not pay much attention to it, but now I understand that it is important because it helps you to improve your physical and psychological abilities, but although there are many benefits, there are also some drawbacks that we need to pay attention.
