Verbo to be en forma infinitiva:
El infinitivo es la forma básica de un verbo. Un uso del verbo to be es seguido de infinitivo y se utiliza para dar órdenes de una manera un tanto impersonal, especialmente con la tercera persona, o también para comunicar un plan.
La forma negativa del infinitivo se construye añadiendo la partícula “not” delante del infinitivo, con o sin “to”.

Verbo to be en gerundio:
El gerundio del verbo to be (am/is/are) se usa principalmente para construir tiempos verbales para construir los tiempos verbales progresivos o continuos. Al igual que el participio pasado, tiene una sola forma que usa con todos los sujetos.
Verbo to be con el been:
En el tiempo pasado, la mayoría de los pronombres se conjugan con were excepto I, He, She, it que se conjugan con was. En las formas perfectas ( o pasado participio) toma la forma been, y en la forma progresiva se convierte en being. Sin embargo en el tiempo perfecto se conjugan como have/has been.
