To make plastic products, raw material is needed entering an industrial process. It is a complex process with four stages. Industrial machinery and personnel are needed to select the material obtained, classifying it as useful or waste. Below will be described the steps in the manufacturing process.

First, arrives the truck with the raw material and this enter into the process. A high pressure oven, acting on long molecules on plastic.

From the above process, plastic granules are obtained which enter a plastic injection molder, which melts and strength in the mold. The product of this process is received by quality control personnel.

The quality control staff checks the product and selected as waste

or in good condition. The product is packed in good condition and stored in the cellar.
