shipping on all orders less than 255 lbs. This is handled by determining whether the shipment would reach destination within two days via ground shipment. If it will reach destination within two days using ground shipping, then Catalyst will use that method. If it will not reach destination within 2-days via ground, then Catalyst will pay the additional charges for 2-day delivery. Shipments over 255 lbs. will be shipped LTL, 3-5 day delivery. Any requested expedited shipping would be billed 100% to CBTS (other than timeframes described above). While ground shipping is free, we do charge insurance as 35 cents/per $100. If a shipment is lost or damaged while en route, we will immediately send out a replacement free of charge. This insurance can be waived, and you could claim with current insurer or carrier. If the insurance is waived, there will be no insurance charges.
