Power generation is performed basically by a generator, although these do not differ in terms of their operating principle, vary according to the way they are actuated. Stated another way, in that primary energy source used to convert the energy contained in it, into electrical energy.

According to this definition we can designate as its importance in relation to its use in the world, the following forms of electricity generation.

1. - Thermoelectric Generation: The one that can differentiate into three groups according to their function:

 Gas Turbines.

 Steam Turbines.

 Gas Turbines.

 Combined Cycles.

All depend indispensably power stations for commissioning and operation of the use of non-renewable energy such as fossil fuels. Produce a large negative impact especially in the atmosphere.

2.-Hydroelectric Generation: These plants used as primary energy source renewable resource such as the force of the water, but have a great initial impact on flora, terrestrial fauna and fish stock, weather etc.. usually are designed with a multi-purpose.

3.-Generation for unconventional ways: We list at this point to energy sources that are currently used commercially, but unfortunately still its percentage share of the global energy equation is not very significant.

4.-Generation Thermonuclear: The primary source of these plants is not renewable and have the problem of handling the waste on the one hand and on the other mining.

 Solar.

 Wind Energy.

 Geothermal Energy.

 Biomass Energy using.

“Down how the sun can be helpful producing calorific energy and transforming it into electric energy”

Solar energy is the energy obtained from the use of electromagnetic radiation from the Sun

Solar radiation reaching the Earth has been harnessed by humans since ancient times, using different technologies that have evolved over time from conception. Currently, heat and sunlight can be harnessed through sensors and photovoltaic cells and thermal collectors heliostats that can transform it into electrical or thermal energy. It is a so-called renewable energy or clean energy, which can make considerable contributions to solving some of the most pressing problems facing mankind.
