Unite State

INTRODUCTION

In the following exposition, we are going to explain about the unitary state, it’s general concept, characteristics and divisions. Trying to ilustrate our group about the different states, applied in most of the places our world.

HISTORIC CONTEXT

ORIGIN: Centralization by European absolutism, then they legally configured by the bourgeoisie.

PRINCIPAL COUNTRIES INVOLVED: France, Spain, and Britain.

CONCEPT

The unitary state is characterized by a central political impulsion, in which all the individuals have to obey one only power, given by the some constitutional regime, being attached to common legal order.

CHARACTERISTICS

• Political centralization

• Administrative decentralization

• An alone legislative power

• An alone judicial power

• The only constitution
