 711: Muslims are beginning to try to conquer Spain.

 717: Muslims conquer the west of China; they have conquered Lisbon and Caucasus, including Armenia.

 732: Muslims conquer a state of Spain called al-Andalus.

 750: Muslim Empire stretch from the Atlantic Ocean and the Indus River 6,000 miles.

Islam has been spreading all this time. This empire began on the city of Mecca but then it began spreading. First was Arabia who joined the empire. Then the messager of Allah or most known as prophet who started this was called Muhammad who died on 632. When this happened it was on the time one of the successors of Muhammad called Umar one of the rightly guided caliphs that on total were 4 (Abu-Bakr, Umar, Uthman and Ali). Sometime later like 2 year later Muslim people conquer Syria and Lower Egypt. Then on 636 the Caliph Uthman was on the throne, on 654 the Muslims conquer Persia, it was easy because it was with trouble with the Byzantine Empire. Then all the rightly guided caliphs died or were murdered and all power families battle for the power of Islam and finally a family called the Umayyad’s ruled for one centaury, in that centaury the Umayyad changes the capital for Damascus that was the capital of Syria. The Umayyad wanted to do this because they almost conquer all the west not the east, but then, the Umayyad had problems with some of the Islamic people, this group of people was called the Shi’a|, and of this group come a family called Abbasids that was the most powerful so they take away the throne by force killing all the family members of Umayyad, but just one could survive, this person on 732 went to Spain and conquer a state called al-Andalus. When Muslim went to Spain the Spanish people called them moors. But when this happened Islam divide into two groups one called Sunni that were the persons that were at the side of Umayyad and the Shi’a were the <people that disagree with the Umayyad. During this time on 711 Muslim Empire conquered west of China, Lisbon, Caucasus and Armenia. Like on 750 or 760 the daughter of Muhammad (that wasn’t the first prophet was a Abbasid caliph), Fatima went to spread the Islamic culture throw the Red Sea and throw North America.
