The culture according to the Dictionary of the Royal Spanish Academy is the result or effect of cultivating the human knowledge and becoming more refined by means of the exercise of the intellectual powers of the man, in this one the man meets himself in his own being, in his family, his national condition, due to the fact that his principal essence as homo sapiens is to destroy his environment and his person, to become more a man and to find himself (Garcia, 2004).

On the other hand John Tomlinson mentioned by (Garcia, 2004) understands it as the order of life in which the human beings give meanings by means of the symbolic representations which the man faces, from the economic culture are those means of which material goods are produced exchanged and consumed, this one From the political thing are the customs by means of which the power centers, distributes and extends in societies, and life itself, the collective one and the individual, provided that by means of this one a communication is allowed by others.

The globalization and the culture are narrowly related, due to the fact that for this one new symbolic elements interfere, where they stick and change the culture in which the globalization does presence, that is to say, it modifies the local cultures (Garcia, 2004). This can be given more in the least developed countries, provided that the developed countries intervene in the cultural processes and in the way of life that every country has, this in order to impose his own rules and somehow appropriate of the foreign territory, provided that with this they acquire more richness, culture, and economy for his own country, and for this way make better international relations with others countries, these in addition do not see beyond only being richer and that the poorest do not progress.

It is necessary to admit that changes produce uncertainty, but they are necessary in many aspects, due to the fact that if they exist, there can be an improvement in the economic, social, political and cultural processes, it is clear that without letting them intervene in an overbearing or dominant way, but in a superficial way that benefits are generated - provided that it is a way of the countries to grow and consolidate development. Generally the cultures are very influenced and societies do not want to lose their cultural identity, but many citizens do not think about it and do not realize that with it other countries want to appropriate of prosperous and rich territories, and want to exploit them to extract the major possible profit.

Equally, since positive aspect of this one can mention that the culture can prosper and support everything what she concerns, that is to say, to show it
