Adolescence is a particularly vulnerable moment in the life of a person, being a time of "transition" between the loss of parents as primary educators and the search or the encounter of new figures, desires and feelings. All this also adds a confrontation with a world that is increasingly becoming more complex fare. And unfortunately these teenagers are the future of a country, which could be seriously harmed because of that adolescent who begins with alcohol, or drugs may result in granting him a lot of damage.

Early drinking is related to increased alcohol consumption in adolescence and young adulthood. These drinking patterns are also related to the possibility of damage to the developing brain and development of alcohol-related harms in adulthood.

During adolescence, the brain undergoes many developmental changes, particularly in the prefrontal cortex, adolescent alcohol use can cause brain damage and long-term detrimental neurocognitive effects, for example for executive functioning and memory and learning abilities.

Several investigations have found a relation between excessive alcohol abuse and cancer of the mouth, throat and esophagus, especially with drinkers who also smoke. Women who drink a lot have a higher risk of breast cancer. The most known incurable liver disorder caused by alcohol abuse is liver cirrhosis.

The future of a country starts with whom will live in the future so it will be their teenagers and future teenagers.

Teenagers could also help their countries if they study at good universities and could help the growing of their country but this could really happen if they does not become alcoholics.

In addition to health problems, alcohol also impacts on relationships, finances, work, and may result in legal problems.

Teens who abuse alcohol are more likely to withdraw from peers and family, and are more likely to have problems with the law. In addition, these teens may experience difficulties in school due to an inability to study or participate, and this often inhibits the successful development of academic and employment skills.

Alcohol abuse can cause or mask emotional problems such as anxiety, depression, mood swings, suicidal thoughts and schizophrenia. Unfortunately, alcohol use can also increase the severity of these emotional problems

Teens who abuse alcohol have an increased risk of social problems, depression, suicidal thoughts and violence.
