1.- In your opinión what should be the key points in the consultants presentation to Jean Roberge

R= My team and i think, If a company is not knows how to administer what is going to lose everything in a matter of seconds, that is why we made the decision that the option c is correct, because the professional knows of administration and is vital in a company, these are the key points.

2.- Jean Roberge has asked you to help him review each of three curriculum vitae in the appendices and to formulate your recommendations in accordance with the needs of ABS Canada. Of course, you must justify your response, while taking into account Mr. Roberge’s point of view , which he expresses as follows:

I had imagined the role of Project leader as centred more on technological solutions. In my experience, technical people are rarely interested in the soft organizational dimensions of IT projects. I dont think organizational questions should be too problematic given ABS Canada’s extensive experience in systems implementation. Our main challenge is that we are not very familiar with the ABC software package and we need to act fast.

R= We think that the professional C is the best option, because he know how to administrate projects. besides having extensive knowledge of the software that the company requires, have different types of knowledge that this makes a person more competent and more effective when they have been working, so, my colleagues and I believe that C is the best option
