Human Resources and Infrastructure needed to host and maintain the site

• Domain Name: Check if the name is already inscribed,  domain status: ok  

• Domain name cost: ~50 USD per year, 8 HH two times a year.
• DNS Support: system administrator will be the new Tech Contact, 2-4 days at the begginning, overall monitoring when necessary

• Web Hosting:  you need storage and web server space available to host the site, we are only considering some sysadmin overhead:

• Web Hosting cost: 0 USD, indirect sysadmin HH: 8HH per month.
• Web server characteristics:  Dell PowerEdge R510, 24 cores Intel Xeon CPU, 16G RAM, 8 TeraBytes internal storage capacity.
• Web server Support: system administrator, data and computing manager

• Design and Developement: (Cost can vary significantly depending on the scope  of work required). We propose a simple site in wordpress to ease maintenance would be needed, but using existing imagery

• Design & Development cost: 500 USD, includes wordpress + a simple template + migration + 1 year maintenance content
• Maintenance cost: ~100 USD per year for keeping system up to date
• Content maintenance: Adding News, Meetings, Activities, Links, Members, Officers, etc. ~ 8HH per month
