.Net Developer

Job Description:

In the role of Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality solutions using Microsoft technologies and open source software.

Candidate will demonstrate a clear understanding of designing solutions to meet customer demands and be willing to take ownership of problems and work with team members to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Candidate may be required to evaluate and integrate third-party software and open source software in designing solutions. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Primary Duties

• Analyze customer needs, document requirements, and design technical solutions

• Deliver web and windows based solutions using .NET technologies (Silverlight,C#,vb.net)

• Design and build applications that interface with other enterprise applications

• Build new and maintain existing applications based on c#

• Manage application through development, staging, and production environments phases

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical area or equivalent and strong preference is given to those who have continued to upgrade their skills through education and training:

• 3+ years of professional development experience using .NET technologies (vb,c#,asp.net),

SQL Server, ActiveX, Object-oriented programming, and Web Services, AJAX, CSS, XML, JavaScript, JQuery

• Expertise in the design and implementation of user-centric software, with focus on usability

Additional Requirements

• Strong written and verbal skills from both business and technical perspectives

• Ability to work independently and under time constraints with verbal or written instructions

• Excellent problem solving, trouble shooter with a penchant to provide high quality work

• Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of customers

• English Level 70%+

Education/Training

Bachelors degree in IT discipline. 3+ years in software development desired. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
