Mision
The MRTC (Mexicali Research and Technology Center), is an Aerospace facility focused on research, development and integration of new technologies that reduce fuel consumption and increase aircraft reliability.
The center also provides a wide range of services that support the Aerospace and Turboss businesses through the integration of a test laboratory, design and fabrication test support services, diverse high quality Centers of Excellence and an engineering and customer support community.

• Our Strategic Business Units, Regional bussines teams, and our Marketing & Product Management organization decide the ‘’wht’’ for aerospace, and the functions decide the ‘’How’’.
THESE FOUR ASPECTS FUNDAMENTALLY AFFECT HOW THE AEROSPACE ORGANIZATION WORKS. IN A NUTSHELL:
• Strategic Business Units (SBUs) are aligned with with customer segments to meet customer needs, by establishing customer and capture strategies. SBUs are: Air Transport & Regional, Business & General Aviation, and Defense and Space.
• Regional Teams are aligned by regions to meet customer needs within a región. Regional teams are Asia Pacific(APAC) and Europe, Middle East, Africa and India(EMEAI).
• Our Marketing & Product Management (M&PM) organization ensures our’’One Aerospace’’ strategy by creating the Aerospace Strategic Plan (STRAP) for our business and by managing marketing, research and development investments and portafolio integration for all Aerospace products and services. It drives our product and technology investments and is responsible for overall management of our products and services.
• Functions are designed to be flexible with resources to:
-Meet the needs of our SBUs and M&PM.
