Dear Liz,

We recently interviewed three candidates for this position.

We have decided to appoint Barbara Szarmach because She is better tan the other candidates for th company. She have different kind of habilitys and in this moment many skills that she have are necessary for Fast-Track INC considering the critical momento of the company to the performance.

I will briefly describe the candidate`s strenghts and explain the reason for our decisión Barbara speak polish and Russian the english is not fluent; She have the most important quality for incerase the sales a good strategy, is the best sales representative in the momento during the last five years, Knowledge of computing She had a Diploma in Marketing is energetic and confident and She have very strong personality important for the staff management.

Tadeus He was the second option because he had a good rate in sales but he doesnt have a decision capacity and this is a disadvantage for the staff management he speak polish and english; he is not creative and in this momento the company need new ideas for improve our situation is calm and relaxed and he have experience in the charge.

Eva was the last option because she doesnt have new ideas for the company and in this momento we need improve our situation with new ideas she sepak polis, englih and German but is very manipulated by people.

According to this skills the unique person that can improve our situation with new ideas and new strategics is Barbara and we tink that she can staff management.
