Madonna was born on August 16th, 1958, in Michigan, Pontiac. Her family were catolic and her mother was housewife, who died in 1963. Three years later her father married their maid. Because of Madonna was very unhappy but she looked after two brothers and one sister.
In her childhood she was an excellent student. Later, when she went at High School, she atended dance and drama lessons. During adolescence she had been a girl difficult, rebel and materialistic. In 1977 she left her home in New York, where her first job had been a model.
Eight year later she married Sean Penn but they didn´t have children. In 1989 they divorced. In the mid 90´s was born her baby daughter Lourdes. Due to her life was became a less selfish and more spiritual. In 2000 she married Guy Ritchie, who had been the father her second son, Rocco. Her husband was a film director. In actuality the couple have separated for some time.
Madonna have been actress and she participated in seven films. In 1996 she won the Golden Globe for Evita and won Five Grammy Awards. She have written the best-selling book, Sex
