Whereas for the North directions and northeast this moves, mainly, parallel to the coast, to see figure 5. The values average of stream velocity are in the interval between 0,06 and 0,08 m/s, in the case of the values maximum these are in the 0.15 order of m/s, particularly are observed in the critical zone reason for study.

HYDRODYNAMIC STUDY IN EXTREME CONDITIONS

Propagation of surge in extreme conditions

The propagation of the surge for the extreme conditions is carried out from two sources of intelligence which acquire knowledge in table 3, the selected duration of the phenomenon is 12 hours, also the propagation is realised and applying the model SWAN.

In the modeling of these conditions, hopefully, the asomeramiento phenomena, plow and friction with the bottom is more effective in the transformation of the wave for the cases 4, 5 and 6, that correspond with the greater height of wave in Deep Waters.

Despite the indicated thing, throughout the propagation, in all the points of the ray, the heights of wave for these cases are majors that in cases 1, 2 and 3, to see figure 6. It see as in this figure quickly decays the height of wave for case 5, the same happens with the other directions. This represents the phenomenon indicated above graphically. In addition, the behavior of the heights of waves in isobath 3 has been obtained, to see 7 figure and table 4, when 1 m of tide, that is to say 4 ms of depth exists. Of this it is possible to be appreciated how the surge that produces more height of wave in the zone of the beginning of the Restinga, point 8, is the originating one of the north.

Reason why it is considered, for the design of the ingenieras actions, the Deep Water surge with H = 10.68 ms and 17.55 T = s, originating of the North.

In table 4 are elements of the propagation of the surge in the points of the isobath 3, which is in front of the structures.

For the design of the structures the surge with greater height of significant wave will be considered, H = 2.17 ms and 15.33 T = s.

Study of the currents due to surge in extreme conditions.

For these conditions, value of speed of current for zone of Restinga oscillates between 0.11 and 0.17 m/s, to see figure 8, that it is in near the double of the value that stops the normal conditions, thus under these
