Part 1

For each of the following, report back on the missing piece of information:

a. Activity i has an FF relationship with 3 days of lag with activity j. i starts on Monday morning and is 2 days long. j is 4 days long. When will j begin?

R = Activity j will start on Tuesday

b. Activity i has an SS relationship with 2 days of lag with activity j. i finishes Wednesday at 5 p.m. and is 2 days long. j is 1 day long. When will j end?

R= Activity j will end on Thursday

c. Activity i has an SF relationship with 3 days of lag with activity j. i starts on Tuesday morning and is 2 days long. j is 4 days long. When will j begin?

R = Activity j will start on Monday

Part 2

From the table below

a. Identify the critical path in this network.

Start-B -> B-E-> E-F -> F-End

b. If the duration of activity C-D was changed to 3, what would be the critical path?

There are two critical paths

Start-A -> A-C -> C-D -> D-F – F- End

Start B -> B-E-> E-F-> F-End

c. What activities must be completed before activity C-D begins?

Start-A -> A-C -> and Start-B

d. If a project planner imposes a schedule end date of the project of January 15, what is the float of activity F-End? Does the critical path change?

I was able to draw the sequence diagram as an AOA but not as a AON.
