ONE OF THE FAVORITE PLACES TO VISIT IS A VOLCANO POPOCATEPETL AND IZTACCÍHUATL
They are located within a major national park in eastern state of Mexico, making border with the states of Puebla and Morelos. In this national park is easily accessible from Mexico City taking the road Chalco - Amecameca. You can perform various activities such walk, you can go camping, climbing, mountain biking, you can access the Iztaccihuatl and the Paso de Cortés
Other attractions nearby are the towns located at the foot of volcanoes, of which mention a to San Rafael, an interesting town that worked in the early twentieth century as a paper producer center, retaining the same many of its original features with a strong European influence. There are also some of the first religious buildings made by Catholic missionaries in our country, same that were declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1994.
