-Material:

*200gr of butter (mantequilla)

*100gr of sugar (azucar)

*25gr of chocolate

*225gr of flour (harina)

*2 tablespoons of cocoa (2 cucharadas de cocoa)

*3 tablespoons of cornstarch (de maizena)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.- In a bowl mix the butter with the sugar./ En un bol mezcla la mantequilla con el azúcar.

2.- Then add the cocoa, flour, cornstarch and chocolate./ Entonces añade el cacao, harina, maizena y chocolate

3.- Next knead everything very well and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes./ Siguiente amasa todo muy bien y ponlo en la nevera por 15 minutos.

4.-After that, get it out the fridge, flatten on the table and make a shape for the cookie./ Despues de eso, sacala de la nevera, aplasta la masa en la mesa y dale forma a las galletas.
